The Reports > Checkboxes page in the Catalog/Drawing Properties provides the ability to configure production checkboxes that can be added to reports.
Click on the Add button to create a header name, which will open a dialog to allow you to enter descriptive text.
Change the new name by overtyping the 'New Text' and checkboxes allow you to select which reports these are applied to.
To Remove, simply click on the corresponding button.
For the Checkboxes to show on a report, the related report option needs to be checked on.
