Cutouts are used in various places and affect various components, such as :-

    Sink Cutout in Ends

Ends can be cut out to accommodate sinks. A rectangular cutout is placed at the top of the Ends and is determined by the selections made here.

The rectangle starts at the chosen given distance from the front and ends at the chosen distance from the back, and is of the chosen depth.

Cabinet level options allow the user to select which cabinets the ends are cut out (Floor cabinets only). Only one end cutout (sink or cooktop) allowed per cabinet.

    Cooktop Cutout in Ends

Ends can be cut out to accommodate cooktops.

    Oven Cutouts in Bottoms

The bottoms of cabinets which contain ovens can have a hole cut out for venting purposes. The size and position of the hole is determined by these settings.

The rectangle starts at the chosen given distance from the front and ends at the chosen distance from the back, and in from the edges .

Cabinet level options allow the user to select which cabinets the bottoms are cutout of (only available in cabinets containing an oven).

    Miscellaneous

    Interlocking Parts

Wine racks are made by interlocking the shelves and vertical dividers. The setting here defines how much wider the cutouts for the interlocking should be, over and above the thickness of the material.

    Cutout Ends for Kickboard

When cabinet Ends are extended to the floor, this option determines whether a cutout should be provided for the front kickboard. The option is repeated at Cabinet level with a choice of right and left End.

    Notch out Kick cutout

If selected, the width of the notch can be made larger than the diameter of the Border tool in the vertical direction by entering a measurement in the Oversize edit box.

    Notch out Chase cutout

If selected, the width of the notch can be made larger than the diameter of the Border tool in the vertical direction by entering a measurement in the Oversize edit box.

    Cut Frame as One Part

Ability to cut oven frames and roller door frames as one part rather than four individual parts.

    Combine Cutouts with Border

Enable checkbox to combine the cutouts for shadow rails, rails and shelves etc, into the Border machining layer where possible.
