    Panes in DoorMaster LT

DoorMaster LT includes doors that can have multiple paned profiles. As 'Glass' is available on all door profiles this also allows for Glass Pane doors.

    Example

Click to view setting on the Profile Doors page

Click to view setting on the Profile Doors page

Select the required profile on the DoorMaster LTProfile Doors page of the Catalog/Drawing Properties.

The Panes page allows the setup of the machining using the following options...

    Include Options

    Upper Panes

On/Off whether the upper area of a door that has two profiled area (e.g. a pantry door) is paned.

    Lower Panes

On/Off  whether the lower area of a door that has two profiled area (e.g. a pantry door) is paned. This also includes doors with only one profiled area such as Floor and Wall doors.

    Horizontal on Drawer Fronts

Whether the Horizontal quantity of panes is used on drawer fronts (when off only one pane will be produced).

    Vertical on Drawer Fronts

Whether the Vertical quantity of panes is used on drawer fronts (when off only one pane will be produced).

    Use Single Piece of Glass

When glass is used, cut the rebates assuming a single sheet of glass is used across all panes.

In a door where both an upper and lower area is paned, this option will profile separate rebates for the upper and lower areas.

    Other Options

The user can control the Quantity of panes both vertically and horizontally, along with the Bar Width i.e. the gap between the panes.
