The option to centre the duct chase was added to the Wall Rangehood (RH) cabinet.
It can be found on the Labour & Construction > Hood page, in the Hood group box.
Enabling the Centre checkbox for the duct chase will disable the From The Left text field, and will instead automatically adjust the position of the duct chase so it is always in the middle of the cabinet, as shown below.
