This topic is an overview of the Hardware > Hinge Set page of the Catalog/Drawing Properties.

 

 

Hinge Set Table

Use drop list to select the default Table. (Available only if the Override checkbox is turned off, as shown)

• In the above image the Hinges.qlt table has been selected.

• The selected Table provides the details of the Hinge Set selection discussed next.

 

Hinge Set

Use the drop list to select the Hinge Set. In this example Blum Screw selected.

This can be overridden on the Job Setup > Hardware page.

Edit button

This allows you to update the details for the selected Hinge Set table. [Only available if Override is not enabled]

Click on Edit button on Hinge Set page to open the Hinge Set Properties  -  Click to Expand

The selected Hardware Table is located in <your CabMaster folder>/Table/Hardware/Hinges/ folder.

 

Add and Del buttons

Adds new Hinge Set to the selected table using the Form Editor or use the Del button to remove.

Click on Add button on Hinge Set page to open editor  -  Click to Expand

Refresh button

Refreshes the currently selected Hinge Set.

 

Override

Enabling the Override option allows you to manually override the chosen hinges in the hinge set for the current drawing, by allowing you to selected them from the drop lists provided.

Hardware Table

Table button : Sets the selected hinge table to the generic 'Hardware' table, from which the drop lists select from.

Drop list : The drop list next to the Table button allows the selection of which hinge table the drop lists select from.

Hinges can be selected from separate Hinge Tables (preferred) or from the Hardware Table.
