CM-Cabinets Library User Guide
Job Checklist items are user defined variables. At the Catalog/Drawing level, checklist items are created and named under My Setup and default values applied under the Job Setup categories (if enabled).
Custom definitions can be created on the My Setup > Job Checklist page in the Catalog/Drawing Properties.
If these definitions are to be used for future jobs, then it is recommended to set these up in your Catalog. These can be overridden at Drawing level.
Each Item on the list has an 'Item Name' and an 'Order', being the order in which the items appear on the list (from lower to higher down the page).
An extra page, also called Job Checklist (discussed next), is available in the Job Setup category.
On the Job Setup > Job Checklist page in the Drawing Properties, the Notes button allows notes/comments to be added against the item were created in My Setup (discussed above).
As checklist items are checked off, the 'Designer' details (set on the Job Setup > Job Number page) along with the 'Date & Time' (automatically created) are shown.

In the example above, the Designer details on the Job Setup > Job Number page (click on above image to view) was only set after the job/drawing was initiated, so the designer name 'Charlie Dent' is only designated at the completion of the job.
This means that it is possible to assign different designers at each stage of a drawing by changing the Designer details on the Job Setup > Job Number page before enabling the checklist item.
The Job Checklists appears on the sidebars as shown below. The '+' button allows notes to be added against the item which will appear under the button.
The Designer details (set on the Job Setup > Job Number page), Date and Time (if checked) are automatically generated and are also displayed.
Whenever a cabinet is selected on the drawing its Cabinet Sidebar will be displayed - see image below left.
If any other drawing element (or nothing) is selected the Drawing Checklist will be displayed, shown below right.
