Job Checklist items are user defined variables created and named under My Setup and, (if enabled), default values applied under the Job Setup categories.

 

Setup the Job Checklist feature in the Catalog Properties as this will be used for all future jobs...

1. On the My Setup > Job Checklist page use the Add button to create as many items that you require for a job checklist;
   • remember to specify the Order of items in which the items appear on the job checklist;
   • An extra page Job Setup > Job Checklist (discussed next) is made available.

   

2. Then on the Display > Sidebar Layout page ensure that at least one Slot is enabled for Checklist, as shown.
   • Note that the 'Checklist' option can be set in the Drawing (discussed here) and Cabinet SideBar Slots, if required.

   

Details about the Designer are set on the Job Setup > Job Number page of the Drawing Properties.

Job Checklist pages

The following example shows that the My Setup > Job Checklist page has three (3) checklist items. These checklist items are ...

• automatically added to the Job Setup > Job Checklist page of the Drawing Properties;

  • As checklist items on the Drawing SideBar are ticked on and notes entered using the  button, the Job Setup > Job Checklist page is automatically updated, therefore  button on this page is only required if you want them to specifically display on the Drawing SideBar checklist.

  The Add Job Notes/Comments button in the Job Setup only appears on reports  -  click here to view.

  

• and, if enabled on the Display > SideBar Layout page, are added to the Drawing SideBar Properties shown below right.
  • 'Designer' details along with the 'Date & Time' are automatically created when the enabled on the Drawing SideBar.
  • It is possible, as shown, to assign different designers at each stage of a drawing by changing the Designer details on the Job Setup > Job Number page  of the Drawing Properties before ticking the checklist item on the Drawing SideBar.
