Settings page : The height is changed to 250mm
Veritcals | Options page : The Bottom and Back are disabled. See the topic on Universal Area Content : Verticals for a complete discussion.
Verticals | Shape page : The Left Bottom Edge has a Style2 cutout applied to it, as shown in the preview pane below.

Styles and Help/Options button

The Help button opens the Help Properties page as shown below left.

The underneath a Style indicates that this is the style in use.

The Options button opens the Part Properties page as shown below right.

This allows you to customise the Width and Depth as indicated by the image of the selected cutout.

The description of the selected style will be displayed before the 'Options' button on the shape page.
